Boris is dedicated to fostering vibrant cities that enable all individuals to thrive. Arriving in the United States in the early 1990s, he initially contributed to his father’s cabinet business before pursuing studies in urban planning and theology.

With over a decade of expertise in city planning, economic development, and business district revitalization, Boris has successfully spearheaded public engagement initiatives to rejuvenate commercial corridors. Additionally, he leads a second-generation Slavic faith community, serving as a bridge across generations and ethnic groups
